Connect Groups

If you're new to Illini Life or just want to check out what we're all about, our Connect groups are the best way to get involved. Connect groups meet primarily in the dorms and have 6-15 people from various backgrounds - from those who have been committed Christ-followers for years to those who are just starting to investigate their own spirituality.

Weekly Connect group gatherings vary. Sometimes they find a place on the floor and engage in conversations about difficult questions of faith. Sometimes groups will open the Bible and study the words of God in refreshing ways. Other times you may watch movies or spend fun times together making memories on campus.

Regardless of the particular "activity," Connect groups will be a warm, welcoming, fun and thoughtful place where you can explore topics of faith, build friendships and get more connected in I-Life! Connect groups are distinctively Christian in practice and focus, but are open to anyone.
