The Illini Life elder board is the governing body of the church. They set direction, and create policy, as well as watch over our doctrine, and finances. Each elder has demonstrated the character of service, humility, teachability, love, care, and concerns for others. Additionally, each has demonstrated sound doctrine and theological training enabling them to teach, train and admonish others. Lastly, each has been put before the congregation for consideration and approved.
